Fetching Policy:

Preschool and SpEd I.I.: We strongly advise you (parents) to pick up your kid after class ON TIME. We will be charging 50 pesos (for babysitting) for every fraction of five (5) minutes that the fetcher is late.

Elementary (Regular and SpEd): The student should be fetched ON TIME. The school will not be held liable for any untoward incident after class or with kids’ unstructured activities. The school follows a peer teaching strategy and teachers/advisers may still handle classes even after your kid’s class dismissal, hence teacher’s supervision is limited only in class and not anymore after.

Junior High School: The students are free to leave the school premises on their own after school as part of their training for independence.

Parent Participation: We ask that parents also make a commitment to the school’s Parent-Teachers Association (PTA) activities by participating in enrichment programs (parenting session, parents as resource volunteers etc.), fund-raising activities, clean-up days, and other school or PTA projects. With our collaboration, we can ascertain the quality of our students' education.

Publicity Permission: Do I allow my child’s pictures (which may be taken during class or school activities) to be published in social media like Bohol Child Head Start’s facebook account and website for information dissemination and/or advertising purposes?

I/We have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms.
